Despite of our enjoyment of the apartment we are unable to stay as one tenant is moving in with the partner and the second tenant is moving in with a friend. The lease ends on the 17th of January, 2015, but can be extended for another year or six months, or transferred to a month-by-month option. Rent is $360 per week for the apartment. The bond is $1565.0 and is arranged through the Residential Tenancies Bond Authority. Rent includes water service.
